About us
Currently located in Darlington, England. AbbyWorks and I have started making fursuits in 2020, and since then we have developed our crafting skills to ensure all of our customers are happy with what they receive. We are both careful to make every one of our fursuits both good looking but also high quality to bring years of happiness.
We are both thankful to our customers for helping us develop our business and our costume style.
Terms Of Service
REPAIRS AND REFURBISHMENTS ON OUR FURSUITS:
WE ONLY PROVIDE REPAIRS ON OUR FURSUITSPAWSOMEWORKS OFFERS FREE MINOR REPAIRS (WEAR AND TEAR), THIS ENDS WHEN YOU OWN OUR FURSUIT FOR 3 MONTHS AND OVERFOR ANY FREE REPAIRS, SHIPPING IS PAID BY THE CUSTOMERAFTER 3 MONTHS ANY REFURBISHMENTS AND REPAIRS WILL BE CHARGED A FEE (COST OF THESE WILL VARY )
COMMISSION DETAILS:
PAWSOMEWORKS NO LONGER OFFERS ANY COMMISSIONS FOR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16. A PROOF OF YOUR AGE WILL ALWAYS NEED TO BE PROVIDED, THIS INCLUDES SHOWING AN ID OR A DRIVER’S LICENCE. IF YOU'RE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 A PARENT APPROVAL IS NEEDED.PAYMENT HAS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE WE WILL START WORKING ON YOUR FURSUIT. THIS PAYMENT SHOULD BE COMPLETED USING PAYPAL.
PAYMENT DETAILS:
PAWSOMEWORKS ONLY OFFERS PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL. WE CAN ALWAYS OFFER PAYMENT PLANS DEPENDING ON THE PRICE OF OUR PRODUCT.WHEN YOU WILL CHOSE TO USE PAYMENT PLANS, WE WILL BE ONLY ABLE TO BUY ANY NEEDED MATERIALS TO START THE PROJECT WHEN YOUR FULL PAYMENT IS COMPLETE.WHEN YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE YOUR FURSUIT ON HOLD, PAWSOMEWORKS CAN ONLY HOLD IT FOR 1 WEEK.
REFUND DETAILS:
WHEN PAYING IN FULL OR VIA PAYMENT PLANS FOR A PREMADE WE CAN ONLY REFUND YOU IF THE PACKAGE WAS NOT SEND. IF YOU’VE COMMISSIONED US, WE CANNOT REFUND YOU ANY MONEY.WHEN THE COMMISSION ON ANY SUIT WAS PAID AND WE HAVE STARTED WORKING, REFUND WILL BE ONLY AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH WAS DONE.IF PAWSOMEWORKS WILL CHOOSE TO CANCEL YOUR COMMISSION WE WILL HAVE TO FULLY REFUND OUR CUSTOMERS DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH OF THE SUIT WAS DONE.
AFTER THE PACKAGE WAS SENT:
PAWSOMEWORKS IS NEVER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGES, SO NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE WHEN THE PACKAGE WAS LOST.WE WILL ALWAYS PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH A RECEIPT TO LET YOU KNOW YOUR PACKAGE WAS SENT.
NOTES:
PAWSOMEWORKS DOESN'T HAVE ANY DEADLINES DURING A COMMISSION, BUT WIPS WILL BE PROVIDED. ANY RUDE BEHAVIOUR, HARASSMENT, IS NOT TOLERATED BY PAWSOMEWORKS, YOU WILL BE BLOCKED AND REFUNDED IN CASE OF COMMISSION.
How to order
1. Contact us
Dm or email us on our Instagram a photo of your character design that you’d like to have commissioned. This includes a full reference sheet. Give us any specific featurses you’d like to include in your commission. Let us know if you’d like to have a mini partial, partial, full bodysuit or just head. Then we will let you know about the price, this price will go up depending on your design. If you're happy with the price, we will ask you to show us proof of your age and parent permission if you're under the age of 18.
2. Payment
Payment will always have to be done before we start working on your fursuit, this also includes payment plans. Payment has to be done with PayPal. After you have paid for your commission, we will know that it’s time to work on your commission.
3. Start of your commission
PawsomeWorks will provide you with WIPs as soon as they start working on your commission. If this doesn't happen, it's because we are working on something else. Please be aware that we don't work on Sundays, this means that we will not provide any WIPs on this day.
4. Deadlines
PawsomeWorks has no deadlines, but if you’d like us to have your fursuit complete on a specific day, always let us know before we start your commission.
5.Your commission is done
When our work on your commission has ended, we will let you know and send you some photos. These photos include details and full photos of your fursuit. Then we will ask for your address and start packing your fursuit. After your package was sent, we will send you a photo of the receipt and wait until you’ve received your package.

HEAD ONLY -$1100+
Includes a lined head with a pickable nose. You will always receive some accessories such as free props or a free bandana. All heads will have 3D follow me eyes. Any features on your head have to be discussed before PawsomeWorks starts working on your commission.
Partial -$1700+
Includes a head, set of hand paws and a tail. If you’d like to have feet paws commissioned as well, these will cost £300. Anything such as props or bandanas will be added free to your package.
Fullsuits Digitigrade -$3700+
Includes a fullsuit with an attached tail and removable lycra padding. If you choose to have indoor feet, we will include removable slippers to allow you to go outside with your fullsuit. If you request to have outdoor feet, slippers won’t be included. Our bodysuits are not lined, but we go over our seams with a zigzag stitch to keep your fullsuit clean from the inside.
